A: Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase. Physical products (like shirts, DTF transfers, or tumblers) are made to order please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
Q: Can I combine physical and digital products in one order?
A: Yes! You’ll receive your digital downloads immediately, and your physical products will ship separately once they’re ready.

Q: What’s your shipping policy?
A: We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. Shipping times vary based on your location, typically 3–7 business days after processing.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because each product is made to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Q: What sizes do you offer for shirts?
A: Most designs come in sizes S–4XL (sometimes 5XL depending on inventory). Each listing includes a size chart to help you pick your perfect fit.

Q: How do I access my digital products?
A: Once payment is complete, your files will be available for instant download via email or your account dashboard. Be sure to download and save your files right away.
Q: Can I use digital files for commercial use?
A: Each product description will list its license type personal use or commercial use. Commercial use allows you to sell finished physical products (like shirts or tumblers) but not resell or share the digital file itself.
